Highly Advanced, you must be able to adequately perform a deadlift, high row, front squat before attempting!

  1. Perform a deadlift to knees slowly.
  2. Explosively pull through the elbows and have the hips follow (this small cue makes a massive difference – make sure your arms work first as they will be the weakest link) until you get past nipple height as you stand up on toes.
  3. Bring the arms under the bar in a catching style motion as you perform a front squat.
  4. Bring the elbows up and over with soft knees and return to set position.
