Highly Advanced, you must be able to adequately perform a deadlift, high row, front squat before attempting!
- Perform a deadlift to knees slowly.
- Explosively pull through the elbows and have the hips follow (this small cue makes a massive difference – make sure your arms work first as they will be the weakest link) until you get past nipple height as you stand up on toes.
- Bring the arms under the bar in a catching style motion as you perform a front squat.
- Bring the elbows up and over with soft knees and return to set position.
