Targets: Triceps

  1. Slightly tip forward and use the abdominals to resist against losing position when the hands are at the top of the movement.
  2. Keep elbows tucked into side of body.
  3. Extend the elbows to lockout position as you breathe out.
  4. Slowly return to top as you breathe in.
