Targets: Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings

Standard Position for 45 degree leg press:

  1. Place feet on platform hip distance apart and so that your heels are in front of your hips.
  2. Unlock the leg Press arms to engage the platform.
  3. Keeping your head flat to the bench slowly lower through your heels until you get to 90 degrees, whilst breathing in.
  4. Push up through the heels as you keep your back flat and breathe out.
