Targets: Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings
Standard Position for 45 degree leg press:
- Place feet on platform hip distance apart and so that your heels are in front of your hips.
- Unlock the leg Press arms to engage the platform.
- Keeping your head flat to the bench slowly lower through your heels until you get to 90 degrees, whilst breathing in.
- Push up through the heels as you keep your back flat and breathe out.
