Over the 12 weeks you will receive workout programs that will get you along the way to transforming your body!
Every Thursday at 5pm your new weekly programs are released. All you need to do is choose whether you want a beginner or advanced program, whether you want to PUSH_ The Fat or PUSH_ the Guns and lastly if you are training at the gym or at home! It’s that easy!! There are programs for everyone which have you training from 3-6 times per week with exercises that mobilise your entire body using the exclusive PUSH_ Training system. We guarantee Results or YOUR OLD BODY BACK! You will feel great!

BEGINNER
The beginner programs will consist of a mixture of Fitness and Fat Loss sessions, Strength and Toning sessions and Core and Stretch sessions.
You will also have 1 PUSH_ Your Peak Session, your most exciting session of the week!

Our advanced fat loss programs are tailored for people who have a history with exercising and will consist of 3 Fitness days, 2 Strength and Toning days and of course a PUSH_ Your Peak Saturday session!

BEGINNER & ADVANCED
If you want to build lean muscle then this program is for you! PUSH_ Your GUNS programs are formulated by the PUSH Team including finalists in the INBA natural body building contest!
Programs will consist of a 4 day split designed only for training at the gym. So if you want to increase strength and size then PUSH_ The Guns is for you!
