Our weekly meal plans are nutritious and delicious!
Working on an average of 1200-1500 calories a days for women and 1500-1800 calories a day for men.
Meal plans will consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner including recipes and average calories. Snacks and drink are your choice from our recommended lists of snacks and drinks but be careful…. Coffee has calories!!
Some meals will also ask you to cook extra for freezing for those days where you just need a rest!

Recipes are easy to follow, portion controlled meals that the whole family will love! Oh and did we mention delicious??
Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring and you don’t have to eat the same thing every day! With and extensive recipe library you can swap meals that arent to your liking so there is always something healthy and tasty to include in your day!
