What You Can Expect From The PBT

You will be coached by the PUSH_ Trainers throughout the 12 weeks. As part of the PUSH team you will receive the following:

  • Weekly Nutrition Plans including delicious and nutritious recipes!
  • Weekly Workout Plans suitable for anyone, whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle. You can workout at home or at the gym!
  • Encouragement! Catch the weekly Education and motivation videos by PUSH Director and trainer, Dion as well as join the forums and connect with other challengers and share your experiences!
  • Prizes! This is a competition so there will be prizes!
