Lateral Hip/ Quadratus Lumborum Curtsy

Stretching the lateral side of the hip and above the backside the curtsy is a great warm up exercise and also active stretch.

  1. Step your front leg across into a lunge.
  2. Reach your outside back in toward the centre and breathe out as you drop down in the stretch.

For those with one hip higher than another perform this on the raised side
