Illiotibial band at Lateral Hip Origin

  1. Place hands on wall and stand straight and square
  2. Bring right leg across the front of the left if stretching the left hip (as seen above).
  3. Keeping upper body straight push your hips to the left.
  4. Perform 5 by 5 seconds ‘active stretch’ and try to sink whist breathing out as you are in the stretch.
