Flexion and Extension Exercise

Targets: Full Body

Variations include:

  • use a ball
  • use a barbell
  • bands
  • kettelbell swings
  • Split squat stance with one leg and arm

Basically perfrom a deradlift and then use your arms to commence the upward motion and then your glutes and abdominals pull through so that your arms and legs work together and are in time in the bottom of the exercise and again at the top.
