Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Targets: Biceps, Forearms

  1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and navel gently drawn in.
  2. Keep the spine neutral with chest up and chin tucked in with knee’s soft and weight through heels.
  3. Do not lift the elbow but squeeze the Bicep up until the dumbbell is close to being in line with shoulder and elbow is fully flexed. Squeeze at the top.
