Hello…the information provided about intermittant fasting assumes training at midday. During the week I always train at night. Can you please provide some more information about the Intermittant Fasting schedule for training in the evening (ie what to eat when relative to an evening training schedule, and the hours of fasting)? Thanks!
Hey Mel
Thats fine as the plan does say to try to get at least oe workout in on a fast. Here is a great dowlnload by one of our nutrition mentors Dr John Berardi as we are following his content.
